Teased time and time again over the course of the last year, the A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 4 has quickly grew on those who cast judgment on the shoe back when it was first revealed. Much like the boutique’s prior efforts, the Tinker Hatfield-designed silhouette is thrust through a more luxurious lens.
The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 4 “Violet Ore” feature matte premium purple leather uppers paired with matching netting and laces. Additional detailing comes in the form of polished buttons at the collars, quilted sockliners and insoles, black “NIKE AIR” heel tabs, and co-branded tongue tags.Elevating the shoe are black/off white tone Air-assisted midsoles with segmented purple rubber outsoles.
In addition, James Whitner and his team have placed subtle bits of text along the backside of the heel tab: the left reads “It’s not about the shoes,” while the right finishes with “It’s about where you’re going.” Each pair of the shoes is also expected to come complete with special hangtags and packaging marking the collaboration.

The AMM AJ4 is very hot in the market recently. I do love this model and color. The left shoe-tongue has ‘A’ logo. The right one is Jumpman logo. The plastic tag also has A Ma Maniére & Jumpman logo. I’m happy to purchase them at such good price after comparing the price with other shops. The texture is excellent. High quality. It’s quite worthy for the money.
