The Jordan 4 Metallic Pack Green is one of four brand-new colourways of the AJIV that pay homage to some old-school Jordan releases. The Tinker Hatfield designed basketball sneaker takes on the OG look perfectly and will make a great addition to anyone’s rotation!
What makes this pair stand out in particular is its nearly identical nature to 2004’s Air Jordan 4 “Pine Green”, with the lustrous finish on the wing eyelets being on the only different. Details are decked out in the shiny emerald hue, while classic Jordan branding appears in the form of Jumpman at the tongue and heel. The whited-out look continues underfoot, with a clean midsole concealing visible Nike Air technology under the heel, offering all the comfort and support that we’ve come to expect from both Nike and Michael Jordan’s namesake label by now.
We figure these to be one of the more popular of the Jordan 4 Metallic Pack given its ties to the past, but you really can’t go wrong with any of the four.
Are Air Jordan 4 Good For Basketball?
While one could play basketball in an Air Jordan retro, it is not advisable given the more technically advanced modern basketball sneakers available. Today’s tech surpasses that of the 80s and 90s by leaps and bounds with respect to on-court performance.
