Description
this hue is specifically inspired by 1985’s Air Jordan 1 “Metallic Purple.” The rest of the shoe is done up entirely in white, from the luxe tumbled leather uppers to the EVA foam midsole. Signature mesh netting is kept tonal on the quarter panel and throat as well.
the contrasting hits of purple and silver accents are found on the eyelets and branded areas to complete the theme. The contrasting tone continues on the Jumpman branding on the tongue and rear, sockliner, insole and upside down “AIR JORDAN” tag.
Rounding up the design of the shoe is a pure white Air-assisted midsole paired with a matching rubber outsole with purple segments.
Are Air Jordan 4 Good For Basketball?
While one could play basketball in an Air Jordan retro, it is not advisable given the more technically advanced modern basketball sneakers available. Today’s tech surpasses that of the 80s and 90s by leaps and bounds with respect to on-court performance.
