The Air Jordan 4 ‘Military Black’ has slowly become one of the most talked about and highly-anticipated sneaker releases of 2022!
The colour-blocking on this AJ4 looks familiar and that’s because it’s a tweak on the fan-favourite ‘Military Blue’ colourway, swapping out the blue hits for black. A majority of the shoes are covered in white such as the leather side panels, netting at the mid-foot and lower throat and the laces, while the mudguards and cages contrast with a light gray tone. Behind the signature mesh panels, eyestays, heel and tongue is the namesake ‘Military Black’ hue.
Finally, a white/grey rubber outsole rounds out the design as a sneak peek at the packaging reveals a grey speckled black box with flight branding to complete the theme.
Are Air Jordan 4 Good For Basketball?
While one could play basketball in an Air Jordan retro, it is not advisable given the more technically advanced modern basketball sneakers available. Today’s tech surpasses that of the 80s and 90s by leaps and bounds with respect to on-court performance.
