Description
First released in 2011, the colorway celebrates both the Black Mamba himself as well as Los Angeles, the exhibition game’s host city that year. Paying tribute to the West’s signature team colors.
A fitting celebration of the athlete’s MVP title, the pair starts first with a bold snakeskin texture, each scale coated in red as it wraps the forefoot in near entirety. The red represents the Western Conference All-Star team that Bryant appeared for 18 times during his 20-year tenure with LA Lakers. A stark white printed Swoosh adds contrast, while black heel counters, lining, tongue, and midsole forefoot blend in tonally. Zoom Air is hidden inside the white heel pod plus the forefoot, while the outsole is icy for extra grip on the hardwood. Patterned shoelaces complete the retro.
Which is better Kobe Protro 5 or 6?
and it’s pretty much a matter of preference. if you like having that more low to the ground feel then the kobe 5 wins that by just a little bit but if you like having a little bit more cushion. and impact protection then the whole b6 would be your best bet of the two.Mar 6, 2021
Why are Kobe shoes so good?
Compared to other Nike signature shoes, the line designed for Kobe has always focused on sports performance rather than the aesthetics of Instagram or endorsements of rappers. Since Bryant switched from adidas to Nike in 2003, his signature shoes have become synonymous with performance and attention to detail
Absolutely love these shoes! They look awesome. Super comfortable, fit great! I can wear them all day and my feet don’t hurt! I would definitely recommend them.
I was happy they were brand new shoes just like the pictures. Owning a pair of Kobe’s sneakers is every fan’s wish. The red black snakeskin upper looks great. The forefoot sold use big area of Air Zoom Turbo which offer excellent resilient feedback. The outsole can grip the ground well. The appearance and overall performance is excellent. I love KOBE 6. The Customer service is also nice. I would like to give you guys 10 stars.
